The translation of original art into limited edition print has become so accomplished that often the original and print are almost indistinguishable!

Painters work in many media ­ watercolour, oil pencil, acrylic and pastel. Works are on paper, panel, canvas, and board. Imagine a white canvas or sheet of paper - the translation of idea into composition and finally finished painting is an inspiring process ­ and one through which the talent of the artist is so obvious to behold.

Many painters will create new works with a variety of styles, tools and processes. Pastel may be spread aggressively by hand whilst oil may be applied with texture by brush or knife. The delicacy of watercolour washed carefully as a background on textured papers is complimented by the sharpening of detail.
